Thank you again for visiting my online portfolio. I grew up here in the Cincinnati area. I graduated from the Winton Woods School District where I taught for 13 years. I attended Miami University and earned my degree in Elementary Education with a Minor in Coaching in 2001. In 2005, I married my wonderful husband Shawn. We have three great children who I love more than life itself. I earned my Master's Degree in Elementary Education in 2007 from Indiana Wesleyan. I decided to further my own education again. I earned my principal license (PreK-6)/(4-9) as of May 2016. I have taught at Lakota Local Schools for five years. Each day I strive to light the fire of learning in all of my students. I want them to believe in themselves and push towards their dreams. I am now wanting to take my experiences and leadership skills and become an Assistant Principal in a great school like yours.
Sincerely, Amanda |
This nice note is from my principal thanking me for my leadership.
My district recognized all teacher who had ABOVE AVERAGE growth on their value added results. I was extremely proud of this achievement especially since there were only 22 teachers given this honor.
